When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund of the purchase price. Shipping is non-refundable. Returns older than 60 days will not be refunded.
How do I return a package?
Simply e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. We will issue a tag and a FedEx driver will pickup the box and adhere the label.
The driver will make 3 attempts to pickup your package. If you will be unavailable for the driver – please supply your email address – a label will be emailed to you.
You will then print and attach that label to the package and drop at any FedEx location or FedEx drop box.

How do I exchange an item?
Our return center is currently unable to process exchanges. If you have found another item that you would prefer over one you have already received, please return the item you received according to the instructions above and place a new order for the desired item.
